Personalized Wellness with Sharry Edwards

Personalized Wellness with Sharry Edwards

What if your voice holds the blueprint to your health? What if the frequencies we carry could reveal not just what's wrong with our bodies, but how to fix them? Imagine balancing your health and emotions through frequency-based biomarkers controlled by mind management or programmable technology.

For over 40 years, Sharry Edwards has made groundbreaking discoveries at her Institute of BioAcoustic Biology. Her research shows people with similar health challenges share nearly identical vocal patterns. Through voice analysis and frequency applications, she's addressing macular degeneration, brain trauma, fibromyalgia, thyroid imbalances, and hidden weight issues.

Edwards bridges ancient wisdom with modern science, demonstrating we are sophisticated, mathematical beings who can be "managed" through individual frequency signatures. Her work connects frequency theory to our DNA templates, showing how bodies can be programmed for optimal function and potentially extending life itself.

Standing among the few modern keepers of profound mysteries, Sharry Edwards is revealing whether frequency represents our medicine of the future or an ancient mystery finally being uncovered. Are we mathematical beings whose wellness can be unlocked through the frequencies we carry?

Sharry Edwards, MEd: Awesome, Richard. Thank you for allowing me to be here. And we were talking before the show. How long have we been doing this show?

TalkToMeGuy : I started appearing, I think, somewhere around maybe 2010, when you were back when we were back on uh Blog Talk Radio.

Sharry Edwards, MEd: And we were on Rumor Mill News for a while. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Yep. Way back. Who knew? It was so long ago, I consider we knew nothing. And the work is the work has progressed. We've had so many great volunteers that gave us their vocal print to play with, or they had something really unusual, and we got to look at their vocal pen. We have learned so much. And today we're going to reveal what we think is some of the codes of creation. Ancient creation and the beginning creation. So this is going to be a nice show.

TalkToMeGuy : Well, and the thing that I was thinking about this as I was preparing for the show, what blows my mind is how it is how the how the technical side, meaning the Sound Health platform, the Sound Health Portal. You know, we used to have to lug around. I mean, I know people still use laptops to do a lot of this when they want to get really finite work. However, I can go to somebody's house. I always have a uh the little pocket microphone with me anyway, because you never know when I might have to do something like a show portably. And so I can plug that into my computer or their computer, go to the portal and have them put their voice in and get back to feedback almost instantly or more than a you know good period of time. So it just blows the that part of the technology. Yes, the information is blown even bigger because as you say, you have thousands of vocal prints to gather data from.

But the actual technology of having a sound health portal to make it even easier for people to get amazing workups. Is the part that blows my mind the most. I mean, every, you know, like we were just talking backstage. And as usual, everything that you're we're talking about backstage is blowing my mind even further because it's like, oh my God, I never even thought about that. Um I think the portal is awesome.

Sharry Edwards, MEd: Michael Patrick owns the portal, and it is just awesome to be able to jump on there and see what's going on. I recently got bit by a black uh brown recluse spider, and I could jump on the portal and search for anybody else while I already knew some of the frequencies, but to be able to look at my own voice and see what is going on with other people who had brown recluse spider. And we'd we'd helped three people over the years, and all of our vocal prints had a matching frequency.

So it made it so easy to just jump on and find a frequency that could help, and it's in layers, and that's the other thing that's taught us that it's like music has octaves, well, there's octaves of sound, one deals with um muscle, one deals with biochemistry, one deals with nutrition, one deals with magnetics, one deals with electrical, and each one of those octaves mean something else, and people can go to the portal and say, okay, I've been bit by brown recluse. What do I do now? And they tried to give me antibiotics, and that made me my stomach upset, and I just use sound. I got bit a week ago Friday, and already it's it's practically healed, and for most people, it takes months for that to heal.

TalkToMeGuy : Yeah, the Sound Health Portal was really in my mind such a game changer for potential. Like you say, you can just go there and find this amazing database of information. And it's really it was really a game changer. I I want to jump slightly because I always like whenever we do talk. I I have to ask you about the current keynote. So would you talk about the keynote? And I'll put the link for this in the show. It's published on the Masters of Health magazine, and I'll put the link in the show notes and also in chat here. But give us a brief runover of what the keynote is and what's happening in this, what I call the sky story, if you would

Sharry Edwards, MEd: please this is a a great introduction to what is going on. As we circle uh in planets, there's frequencies that are set up um that bombard the earth. And of course, I wanted to address 9-11 in part of this, and so in this month's Masters of Health, I talked about uh how many people were hurt because they didn't look at what we offered them. We went to the union.

I should talk about the story. We we did some preliminary evaluations, found that we could get rid of the fireman's cough with a sound. We called the CDC, and they said, go away, you know, you're not FDA.

And that night, about 11 o'clock, which I thought was really weird. Somebody, a woman called me and she said, This phone call didn't happen, but I know about your phone call to the CDC, and I want you to call this number tomorrow. And it was a number to the head of the firemen's union, and we called, we set up an appointment, we drove to New York, we helped 17 of the firemen who had the fireman's cough, and they invited us back to do all the firemen, and the next morning they took the invitation back and said you uh you can't do this unless you come and do it on your own and pay for it on your own because it's not FDA approved. So we had it, we showed them the cure for what was going on, yet they allowed all of those people to suffer.

There's no excuse for that. And I wanted to write about it, and that's gonna be the next uh Masters of Health magazine, along with COVID and what has gone on with COVID. In 2019, we um wrote a paper showing mathematically that uh COVID was a man-made uh pathogen, it did not act like any other pathogen. We have been following bird flus and all that all along. We knew what the math was, and COVID did not follow that math. So we published in 2019 that it was man-made.

We published in 21 that Falci had no interest in people's health. He was interested in engrangement, and we published those two papers, and we went on radio shows talking about that information, and nobody would pay attention. And now, what do we have all over the news?

Fauci taking the fifth and not wanting to tell the truth. Look at how many people died and were maimed and suffered. So that's what the article is going to be back about the background of all of that information that was ignored, and we have tons of it. We have uh been able to help people uh cure Parkinson's and all of this stuff going on with long-term COVID, all of the fatigue. We know now that it's not just fatigue, but it is the Krebs cycle, the cellular um energy cycle.

So when people get in touch with us about I have all this fatigue and this leftover COVID stuff, we instruct and train people to work with people on an energy level first. And so there's an invitation to our websites where there's lots of articles and software. We give away the software for people to test this. Um we want to make this available to everyone because we think um the government, I'm gonna say it out loud, the government has failed to protect the people. So we are going to give them the tools to protect themselves. Is that too long of an explanation? That wasn't the question, but it was such a great answer.

TalkToMeGuy : No, no, I agree with everything you're saying. And back um, back to the uh keynote. I think one of the things that I love about the keynote, and I put the link to it in the show notes, or actually in the live chat, is the fact that they I'll say fact that what you're talking about with the keynote is getting information from the universe, and then translating it into a form where it's you know, like in this one, you're talking about well, I I'll read this part because it's exactly what this is.

You you write that the frequencies bombarded the earth in a yearly cycle, and that sensitive people notice the effects eight to ten days before they're posted. And so what is that? How did you how did you ever start tracking the keynote? I've never asked you that question. How did that even start?

Sharry Edwards, MEd: I tried looking at things people were complaining about, especially their muscles, and they were a cyclic, like some months it was the knee, like August was the knees, people's knees, the frequencies of the knees. Then I got in touch with not NASA, and they had a big published book of the frequencies coming to um Earth from outer space, and I began to correlate the two. I love math and math polls, and from there we published the keynotes of what's in stress, what's coming to the earth from outer space every month.

TalkToMeGuy : And yeah, again, this is from the masses of health uh keynote where you talk about for example that for August you connect things like B vitamin depletion, neck and upper back stress, and even specific issues like GLP 1 Ozembic associated frequencies. Yes, and since practically every other person now is on GLP one, which is a whole separate show. Um that seems like that's something people would want to know about.

And when can you talk about what some of the specific issues are with the GLP one? Is it from the effect of the long term? Uh I've done a lot of shows with William Davis, who's a cardiologist, but wrote the original wheat belly book and super gut and a bunch of other things. And I don't want to say anti, but he's he's opposed from his medical background of to GLP ones because of long-term possible effects. And what kind of things are you seeing with can you talk about specific issues about the GLP one for the keynote? But I may get in trouble.

Sharry Edwards, MEd: GLP-1 is simply a form of lipase, Something that the body creates naturally to help you digest your food and move it through quickly. What really needs to happen, and Manjaro has done this, but we announced this two or three years ago that you must uh combine GLP one, which is the natural lipase. There's three kinds of lipase, pancreatic, um I can't remember the other two kinds. Uh liver, but you must combine that. It's not just one frequency that does anything, you must find the combination of frequencies that do something, and the ideal combination is to combine GLP one frequencies with gastrointestinal peptide frequencies.

Those are compatible, they work together in the body, and when you put them together as a frequency, it creates a distance between the frequencies and creates the average of the frequencies, and those are digestive enzymes, they help uh break down food, they help with leptin and ghrelin and all of the enzymes that help digestion, but just giving one of them at a time is probably going to cause some kind of um what do you call it when medicine has a negative effect? Death. No, sorry. That's good one. Um when they cause some kind of problems when you use the medication together, when you use GLP one together, it causes side effects, but when you combine it with GLP1 with GIP, gastrointestinal peptide, there's less side effects, and we were able to prove that mathematically, and we did a class about it, a free class for people, and if they wanted the software, they bought the software. There's a lot of people out there now doing weight management bioacoustically, and we saved all those classes. Anyone's interested in looking at those classes and setting up their own uh weight management clinic, bioacoustic clinic, um, they should get in touch. Wow, that's a great idea.

TalkToMeGuy : That's a fascinating area. The idea of giving people the benefit of GLP 1 with the correct balance. That's really brilliant.

Sharry Edwards, MEd: Can I ask can I answer the question Jim just asked? Yes, please. Uh JFK, he says, why don't you get in touch with JFK? JFK's RFK. RFK, yes, sorry. Um his people or claim to be his people, got in touch with us, and we did his voice, and we were able to discover genetically what is going on with his voice, and we sent it all out to him, we published it, and we've never heard a thing back. So if anybody knows how to help us get in in touch with um Kennedy or Tucker, there's several of them. Like Tucker's really into the truth, and there is so much that we can do with looking at the truth. We did Mundami's um local print oh three or four years ago for a big conference, and exactly what we predicted is happening right now, and that's also software that we give away for people because we think the truth is really important.

So there's a lot of issues going on that we want the public to have this information because we don't think it should be controlled by the government or anybody that's in control of our health. Excuse me, I'm losing my voice here for a minute. Only for a moment though. Okay.

TalkToMeGuy : And and in the I'm back to keynote for a moment. You mentioned how some f someone reacts to these frequencies, and it depends upon their brain dominance. Would you talk about that? I hadn't considered that part.

Sharry Edwards, MEd: Well, I'll tell a secret here. When we first started this in the 80s, we went to a woman. Well, it was just a mutual um coming together. Her name is Naomi R. Fine.

It was in California. I love her name. And I explained to her, well, it was Rob Robb that sort of pulled us together.

Of course. And I explained to her what we could do. And it was just so um minuscule at that moment.

And she said, I have seen million dollar ideas crosses my desk, but this is a billion dollar idea, and you need to get it to the public before somebody scarfs it up and shelves it. And that happened to us. We had uh Japan uh come to us in the 90s and want to buy this out, and I just could not see another country being in charge of our health, and so I refused the offer. But a lot of people are copying what we're doing now, uh, and a lot of people are out there, but what they cannot offer that we can offer through people's individual vocal prints, is we can offer them something specifically designed for them. Not everybody that has arthritis has it for the same reason, or a cold or whatever is going on, it's very individual, and that's what we offer people by looking at their vocal print and telling them what is going on, what's happening predictive in the future, like a sports team could really use this because we can predict what uh muscle is going to be in stress, or we can look at um medication trauma, or we can just look at many things based on that one person. It's not okay, this is uh 10 frequencies or pain for pain, or 10 frequencies to soothe your nerves. It's not like that because that's not how we're built.

I'm I'm gonna bring in something here that's gonna be explosive. I think in the beginning, and this is conjecture on my part, but I can show it through math. In the beginning, when our solar system was created, uh, and then Pythagoras looked at it, and uh Kepler looked at it, and Pythagoras was, I think, one of the first ones to say, as the planets move around the sun, they set up a scale of sound. It's sound that we cannot hear, but it's sound, nevertheless, that is there, and he thought all the planets were uh concentric. Then along came Kepler, well, back up uh Pythagoras made a scale of music from his math. Then Kepler came along, Johannes Kepler, and said, No, these uh orbits are elliptical, and he set up a system of music based on um divide and multiply where Pythagoras was add and subtract, so we have several, we have many, many, many different scales of music, but those two are the most important ones, and we see those scales based on structure, pythagoras' scales are based on structure, and Kepler scales are based on biochemistry, and we are all different biochemically, and we can see that through the frequencies of their voice, because that's a manifestation of their brain and their vagus nerve, so that's how it becomes very individualistic, and based on Kepler's statements that we can't hear it, but our soul picks it up, picks up these frequencies, and unless we match these frequencies, we get sick, we get out of tune with what's going on with the planets, and we get ill. So we look at people's vocal print and we see what's out of tune, and we try to put those vocal prints back. Recently I have gotten some very I don't want to say odd, peculiar, uh, very um unusual uh people who have volunteered their vocal print, and they had um illnesses, genetic illnesses that I'd never heard of, and so we had to build them an entire database, and that's what we add to the big portal you're talking about.

There's about 300,000 entries there now. And we're inviting another idea of like test me against. So here's all of this Cleroderma and sarcopenia and all of these really odd things that modern medicine doesn't know how to deal with very well. And so we're going to offer that to people.

Check me against smoking or check me against whatever. And we invite people to come to that portal, leave us their vocal print, and we will use it in research, and they'll get reports on what is really going on and what they need to watch for. We also have some free classes there. Now you have to join the portal to do all of the math because we used to do this all by hand and it would take us a day to do it. Now we can do things in three or four hours.

But I had one recently that took me a whole week because I had to reconstruct a bunch of databases for it. And we put that in the portal the day we get it finished, and then everybody can benefit. It's my idea that everybody should have access to this information. Not Big Pharma Should not control this. Government should not control it. Any one person or company should not control this. This belongs to the people.

and my problem is we don't have enough people trained to take care of the people who need help, And we don't have enough people trained to train the people that needs to be out there. This is ancient literature. Please speak more on Kepler's music, David says.

I wish I could. Somebody just wrote a booklet about all of this music is Jill Madsen. And she wrote a book called Lost Waves of Time. And she's excellent. She's a musician herself.

I couldn't carry a tune in a bucket, so I don't know music. But I do know that this math is from our ancient beginning. It's how we can have perfect health.

Now I don't know what we'll do with perfect health or what's going to happen, or if we're going to overload the planet. But I do know that this is possible. It's what we teach, and we've proven it again and again and again. And I've written a book about it. It's called Breaking the Sound Barriers of Disease. And you can get that at Amazon. It talks about a lot of the cases that we have been able to crack and help other people with the math that'll take care of back pain and sciatic and uh leaky gut and um heart being too fast, and we don't know what we can do until we try it.

TalkToMeGuy : I I have a question because you use the pop-up word. Circopenia. Have we always had sarcopenia? I don't mean as a chronic condition, but I mean have we culturally in the world has sarcopenia always existed. I don't remember my grandmother lived that lived to be 106. I don't think it's covered.

Sharry Edwards, MEd: I don't think they use the word, it just means growing old, and we combine it with things like looking at your telomeres, your stem cells, um, your ACP. We combine it with many other things to look at it, and we've developed a computer that will do all of that math and say, okay, this is where you should go look. And sometimes it can't tell you where to go look because we don't have a big enough database, but we add things to the database every week, and people can join the portal on an apprentice or a guest level, and uh all the tutorials are there to learn the technique, and those are free. But if people want to do their work there and keep their clients there, do comparisons there uh check on their clients because there's a way to look at their progress on the portal. The portal, I think at that level, after two weeks, I think it's $20 a month, and you can do as many people as you want.

You can do 500 people if you got the time to go ahead and do it. Then there's a technician class that gives you more biomarkers and what you should be looking at, and then there's a professional class where you have access to all of the frequencies and what should be done, and we train you on how to use the formulas. We desperately need people to join us. Um Mostly people learn this and go off on their own and don't stay with us because they can make a lot more money on their own than they can by being a practitioner for us. We have some that have stayed with us 20, 25 years, and they're still seeing clients, and they're dedicated to this for what it can bring to the people, not just for the money that people can make. So we invite anybody who wants to know more.

If you'll write to me, or I'll give it to uh Richard, we have a class catalog, and I will send you the link to that, and that is free, or you can write to me, just Sherry Edwards at Gmail.

TalkToMeGuy : So I'm gonna I'm gonna go back to this for a moment. When I was talking about sarcopenia, I was really specifically asking about how uh two years ago I was diagnosed with congenital heart failure, and just means you know, theory in my mind, what that means is you're old and your heart's beginning to fail.

I was like, what? And they also talked about sarcopenia, but the sarcopenia was related to uh years ago, um, whenever I had all those surgeries and everything, I was in uh in a healthcare facility for a year, and at that time my food intake was restricted because A, I was on an ostomy bag, and B because I was really mostly living off of high quality protein shakes that people brought me every day. But I did develop what they call refer to a sarcopenia, which had the angle of that sarcopenia was muscle loss. Yes, and that's the angle that I'm curious about is it seems like I don't know if sarcopenia is just a word now that Western medicine is beginning to use, or if it's a condition we've always had of as we get older, we lose muscle mass.

Sharry Edwards, MEd: Always had, and it's just a word that means aging, but we also have several muscle programs, one called uh bio body, which is all the muscles in the body, and it's you play it at night, and it just supports muscles through electrical sound frequency.

Well, it's a scale of electrical sound for uh the bodies, but um we have uh sports muscles, we have um muscles broken out into categories, muscles for dancing, muscles for brain. Um there's over 300 templates, and they run them through a series on the portal so that you can go in and pick out what you want, and if it's not available that month, you can ask them to do it for you. That you want to run something weird, like um, not weird, but fertility, you want to run something on fertility and it's not available, you can ask them for it.

Okay, but you can have it done on the portal, and that's free. But if you want it individualized and very specialized or something very odd, you can um apply to have it done uh through me, and this month we're doing energy. Uh, I forget what we did last month, but we're looking for a um answer to long-term COVID fatigue, and we think we found it. We think it's through the Krebs cycle. Oh, last month was Parkinson, and I published that article under Masters of Health magazines.

So we try to give out uh what we're working on at the moment. We did heart two or three um months ago, and uh from the sound, I'm very hoarse. I should run my voice through something called revoice, and that's usually for singers or uh uh people with ALS.

We can look at the muscles in the voice and tell what's going on. Hopefully, you're not picking it up for me. I may have because I I do that all the time. Yep, yep.

TalkToMeGuy : Um and I I want to I'm gonna jump to something I can't remember by now. I never remember whether I've read it or heard you say it because by now I've jammed so much stuff into my brain. But you describe the body as the messenger, not the problem. Yes, you talk about that shift in thinking and how that means how you approach wellness.

Sharry Edwards, MEd: Well, I want to start out with if we didn't measure time, would it still be there if we couldn't measure time? And people have not measured what is going on with the body at the bioelectric level, the biomagnetic level, um, biochemical level. They've just not gone in and measured it.

Some people have like rife and Tesla and all those good people. So what we're doing is measuring people on all of these different levels by frequency, and that's awful. I just forgot the gist of your question.

TalkToMeGuy : It was the uh body is the messenger, not the problem.

Sharry Edwards, MEd: Oh, okay, where I was going with it, they have iridology, they have um reflexology, MRIs, blood tests, um, all these different ways to measure the body, but they're all piecemeal by looking at your vocal print. We've shown that it's a holographic representation of all that you are through all of these different octaves, and we can break those octaves down and we can ask the computer to rank all of the frequencies and what's happening simultaneously. So that's why we think that vocal printing is an advantage, and it's why so many people have picked it up MIT and Mayo Clinic, they're all picking it up and using it.

We've talked about this before. I hear frequencies that other people don't, and I think it's because I was raised in Appalachia in a corn crib, no electricity, no running water. I think my ears developed differently, and that's how all of this started. I could hear sounds from people, and almost to the point of knowing what they were thinking, and it scared my family, it scared me.

I shut up about it. But part of what we do is about um physical stuff and biochemistry, but part of us is also about personality, and so all of these frequencies in combination, we hear them on some level, but we don't know how to interpret them. That's what we're offering people a computer analysis of the frequencies of the body, which are a holographic representation of all of that you are on all levels, all octaves, all systems, all integration, all processes, all systems. That's what we want the people to have, and that's what we think has been hidden maybe deliberately long time ago, but now they just didn't have any access to knowing it, and that's why we're saying this is revealing the codes. We have a mathematical constitution, and we have broken a lot of those codes. We call this the Rosetta Stone of health and healing. Um, and we want it to spread far and wide throughout the world. Did that answer any of it, Richard?

TalkToMeGuy : Yes, actually it did, and it made me have the aha of I I've talked about this for a long time, and it's just back to why I like the work, your work so much. We're a system, yes, we're we're a sack of water walking around somehow, and we're but uh we're a whole system. The hip bone is connected to the I forget that song, but whatever that thing is about the hip bone is connected to the thing that's connected to the thing. We're a walking system, so it makes no sense to me to go someplace where they want to, you know, uh you do something with an ankle, you twist an ankle and you go to the guy who's gonna not an osteopath, but like Western medicine, and they x-rayed it and they cast it, and they think but they look at no system effect of how that has affected the system that is the body, and everything that the your work does is always looking at the whole body, and it's taking that information in, gathering that information to the voice, which makes sense because the voice is coming from within the body.

Sharry Edwards, MEd: But we don't always know what to do about it. Like if I went to a doctor, it would be to confirm what I already think is happening. Yeah. When my leg started turning black, and I was thinking brown recluse, it's gonna eat all the meat off my leg, I'm gonna lose my leg.

I went to the emergency room. Yeah. Because I didn't know what to do for a brown or glue spider that it could stop it.

I could use sound, um, but I didn't know if I could do it quick enough. And I used to think, you know, if you break your arm, uh, go to the emergency room. Well, we know the frequencies now that'll set a broken bone.

Now, not a green thick fracture where it's all split apart and in pieces, although we did that for a dog. Um, go to the emergency room. Oh, some lady showed up at her door and she'd stuck a curling iron in her eye burnt the sclera, the white part of the eye. I sent her to the emergency room. She was in just too much pain.

Yeah. We don't know what we can do. We don't have enough researchers, we don't have enough information.

We have enough information to know it works and to know it needs more work. And the people must be taking that seriously, because you have people like the Mayo Clinic and a Cleveland Clinic doing vocal analysis, mostly for heart disease, where they can pick it up. There was something um a couple of years ago, we did a demonstration for the National Institute of Health, and shortly after we did on Parkinson's, shortly after that. A company came out and said, you know, call us on the phone and we can tell you if you have Parkinson's or not. Well, we knew that was just junk because we tested phones, they aren't accurate, they're approximations. We need a real recording of somebody.

And so that went away pretty quick, took a couple years to drown out. But there's people out there trying to make a lot of money on this and trying to charge you a lot of money when you can just go to the source and do it yourself. We love that idea of self-health. You have a right to it. And I think from this ancient knowledge that we've brought through, I think everybody in the world someday is going to have uh a right to, and they can go home and say, Oh, I'm home, and your your computer or your smart house will say, Oh, you need vitamin C.

Let's have some lemonade. That's possible just by looking, listening to your voice, and dropping in to the database that we have created over the last 40 years. We knew nothing at the beginning, and Richard was with us then. Now we know enough to say we have the Rosetta Stone of health and healing, help us spread the word.

TalkToMeGuy : Well, and you say this is something I again I didn't I don't know if I've heard you say it or read it by now, that bioacoustic biology isn't a claim of diagnosis or cure, but an invitation to listen. Yes. Can you talk about that?

Sharry Edwards, MEd: I just wrote an article about this that is an invitation to look and listen to your body and have our computer program compare all of these different systems. When you go onto the portal, it'll say a little tab that says biomarkers, and it'll take your voice and tell you all the different biomarkers in your systems. It'll look at your organs, it'll look at your vision, it'll look at your heart. So you can get a really good handle on what your body is trying to tell you through your voice, and it's just information, just like if somebody can look into your iris of your eye and tell, oh, you have some weird thing going on. The body is built to tell you the information. We've just decoded the vocal print to allow that help you do it.

TalkToMeGuy : Wonderful. For years I went to an acupuncturist who was an oriental medical doctor and an acupuncturist, and he did pulsing. And so, which means you just lay there, and they would he would put his fingers, three fingers on your arm on a particular point and monitor the pulses. And it took him decades. I mean, he was in his 60s when I was seeing him. And I think it he was that's the closest experience I've had to doing sound work with you, where I think it's that level of he learned it by doing it for decades. In a certain way, you've learned it by doing it for decades, but now you've gathered that information, and now, like you say, that's amazing about the portal having biomarkers. I'm doing that after we hang up. Because I think biomarkers are very informative.

Sharry Edwards, MEd: And sharing it with the people, I think is a really important aspect. I think it belongs to the people. Yeah. And this is something again, hearing, reading, not sure.

TalkToMeGuy : Um the importance of truth for our health. Would you talk about that? That the body really needs or wants truth.

Sharry Edwards, MEd: I think it does, and I'll I'll go back to COVID again, but I want to make a comment that next year I'll be 80 years old, and I'm concerned that this gets passed on to the right people that will care for it, nurture it like it's a newborn, and I want this in the hands of the people that will pass it on in a way that is for the people, not for other people's pocketbooks. And so the question you just asked, can you ask it again?

TalkToMeGuy : The importance of truth for our health.

Sharry Edwards, MEd: I will look at that in terms of uh COVID. One of the things that COVID did was mess up a gene called P450, and that P450 controls your cortisol, and cortisol, if it's too high or out of balance or at a time, and really is out of time, it wakes you up at like two in the morning and you're wide awake, and you can't get back to sleep. Your sleep suffers, your um energy suffers, um, your world suffers because your cortisol is um unbalanced. balanced, and they tell you, oh, just be less stressed, just think about less stress things.

That is silliness. We have a program for cortisol and p450 to put that back in shape, and we know what can happen with it. We know that the cortisol really affects your legs and your energy, and they don't tell you that the it affects the valves in your legs to send the blood back to the heart. They don't tell you that this is really a potassium issue, a cortisol issue, a biotin issue, but we can see that in your voice because we know by what your complaints are, what we should look at, and that's what the computer does for us.

So, how does this affect your emotions, uh, your life, your health? Every frequency that's out of tune affects some part of your body. We know that a heart out of rhythm is the note of G, and we know it's three cycles per second, and we can look at your voice and see where that frequency is out. Is it out to three or six or twelve or twenty four? Is it out at the muscle, the heart's a muscle?

Is it out at um the actual um glycine? I can't remember what the uh nutrients are for the heart, but the computer knows because we fed it enough information that it can look at everything and say, okay, this is affecting this, and if we want to look at your emotions, we're gonna look at something from like 20 to 40 cycles per second, and if that has octaves of five and ten and two and a half, then we know that something else is causing it. We can look at the predictive part of your vocal print and it divided into sections, and that's what we teach you in these classes.

It's divided into sections that we can tell where the stress is coming from, and it does come from your emotions, but your emotional stress can also come from not having enough magnesium. So that's a lot more than you ask.

TalkToMeGuy : No, but I think that's really true. I still think as an herbalist, because I can't not. I know that's too many negatives, but I can't stop thinking as an herbalist because I did it for too many years. And I just think that way that there's so many things when I there are times now when I'm working with people privately that they don't understand why I'm giving them something for their nervous system, even though that's not the condition we're working on. Because I think that if you have too many uh this is an old acupuncture phrase, uh, too much nervous. And that was actually a thing that would happen where uh somebody I know would have a twitchy eye, and I'd take her to the acupuncturist, and I took a lot of people to the acupuncturist because he spoke very bad English, but I had somehow changed my ear flaps to understand him.

And so I'd go in and be the translator. And soon as they'd lay she'd lay down on the table, he'd look at her face and it had the twitchy eye. She's like, too much nervous, too much nervous. And he'd put in two needles and walk away, and 20 minutes later, she'd be just as calm as could be. So my backup to that would be is I would be putting her on herbs that were called nervines, which means that they're soothing to the nervous system and also nutrifying the myelin sheath. And it was a great, you know, he was my sound health portal, really, in the sense that because of his decades of experience by pulsing people, when I would hear him talk about people, I would then be able to take that information and turn it into herbal ideas, herbal thinking. And I think go ahead.

Sharry Edwards, MEd: And how many times did the problem labeled sleep really was a biochemical issue with the chamomile or something like that?

TalkToMeGuy : Yeah, you know, sleep or skull cap, or you know, it depends upon if you have a if you have physical stuff. I would tend lean towards something like Valerian or a classic formula from Dr. Christopher called uh Dr.

Christopher, who's an old school herbalist who's dead now, but his kids have taken over, and uh called nerve's, which is a general formulation of nerve tonics, nerve benefits. So you get some immediate stress reduction, but then another approach is if you're a person who tends toward having anxiety just because your day is filled with too many things to do, or you're thinking too much. That's I I think of a lot of people have that, and especially because so many people are spending so many thousands of hours every day staring at their phones, just intaking data, data, data, data, data, data.

Sharry Edwards, MEd: Or being around uh towers, yeah, being around towers. Or glyphosate.

TalkToMeGuy : Yeah, yeah, neurological irritants. Yes, I consider the glyphosate to be, I mean, it's many things, but I think it's actually I think not along, not far from what you're talking about with the system, you know, doing a vocal print and seeing that things are out of balance in the vial markers. I think that that a lot of that total toxic load, which is one of my favorite hashtags of uh glyphosate, microplastics, all the extra all the other estrogen mimickers, um, along with the fact that we're still using our own waste from sewage reclamation plants as fertilizer. So that means every every medication that people are taking, because that's not purified in the process of sterilizing or cleaning that up, it's just in there. So I think our total toxic load is irritating to our nervous system, and therefore can affect our other hormones, affect the hormone cascade and throw it into a panic state. So I take nervines every day because what harm is there? There is no harm from taking something that's soothing.

Sharry Edwards, MEd: Is that like ashogwanda?

TalkToMeGuy : Well, ashwaganda is good. It's I I take that one, actually, you're reading my mind, uh, because that's one I take because I like it as an herb, it's a Chinese root. But I'm talking about more along the lines of well, I'll jump slightly from herbs to talk about GABACOM.

Gabacom is a sublingual GABA supplement, and you can take it, and since it's sublingual, you're getting it into the system as it's melting under your tongue, and you can actually give it to somebody who's in a pretty anxious state and have them do that, and you can actually begin to watch them what I would call soften, meaning less spiky, less edgy. And that's something that I always have around because there are times when I'm researching and I'm spending too much time listening to the doom and gloom, which is truth, the doom and gloom of pesticides and chemicals and just uh you know, our food sources, or you know, we've got this horrible outbreak of some dirty, supposedly dirty lettuce, which I think is a separate show, um, happening. But I think having nervenes on a daily basis, like Ashwaganda or a formula with uh skull cap and valerian and maybe some wood bentany for the liver, and um chamomile is nice.

I consider it to be the the things that I'm talking about are a little deeper effect. Chamomile is a really nice thing to drink as a tea because it's soothing, and I think the oils as you inhale the oils are coming to the system. But I think anything we can do to give our nerves a chance and support them because there's so many environmental toxins that are neurotoxic. And I don't mean to kill you. Well, eventually, you know, glyphosate will kill us. If it does it, but it'll beat us to death before it kills us. That's the bad news. We should do a show on you.

Sharry Edwards, MEd: No. People would love to know how to de-stress.

TalkToMeGuy : They're all there. I use any number of things for that, from using uh PEMF devices to listening to sounds to using red light therapy to Because I spend a lot of time reading about bad stuff. That's not what I'm looking for, but it's out there. I'm talking to you know you about neurotoxins. I mean, I I think that's a lot of issue that people have is the is the total toxic load of physical environmental toxins along with a toxic load of staring into the small device called the phone all day long, intaking things that we don't need to be doing, let alone the potential neurological irritation of looking at a device all day long that's pumping EMFs into your brain pan. Not great, not great. Um, so I think it's a whole thing. And I I do things to help try and counteract any number of those things.

Sharry Edwards, MEd: And Lana says herbs have their own frequency, and we have a whole section of herbs in the database for the portal. There was another question came up uh like three back. Should we answer that one? It was a question. Well, let me see. I don't know who it was from. Was it about the leaky gut from Dr. Gundry?

TalkToMeGuy : It was a gym question. That wasn't really a question. Oh, yeah, no, it actually was. He's talking about Gundry, which is a whole other show. Um, to say that same thing, all disease begins in a leaky gut, yes. Is there a common thing that Sherry has found or studied that causes leaky gut? And my reversal of that question would be is there something that you found or studied that reverses leaky gut.

Sharry Edwards, MEd: Yes, and yes. We have some sounds. We have a whole tone box for sounds for leaky gut, and I'm trying to pull up what it is and mucent part of it, the lining of the gut. Um I just can't pull it up, but I will give it to you if you can pass it on to someone look it up when we get finished here.

TalkToMeGuy : Well, and I would toss in also that, but this is also from a hundred years ago when I was doing terrestrial radio when I interviewed Jonathan Wright, uh medical doctor up in Tacoma, Washington, who's in his 80s still in practice.

Uh he's not giving it up. And many years ago, he wrote a book called Stomach Acid is Good For You. And we used to laugh about that. I've interviewed him two or three times. And he was a doc with a clinic in Tacoma, where many years ago he was doing something radical, like giving people B12 shots. And one day, men in flak jackets with guns and you know, bad intent, came in and took all his equipment, basically seized all his equipment, which back in those days probably meant a Rolidex, um, and records because he was giving patients I mean, he's a medical doctor, so he has patients giving B12 shots, and he got in big trouble for that. And it was just a I have so many bad words about that, being harassed for giving B12 shots. And he came go ahead.

Sharry Edwards, MEd: Didn't they hold his Xerox person at gunpoint? I think they did, yeah. Yeah, there were guns involved. It was very threatening.

TalkToMeGuy : And seizing everything and basically, you know, almost use a bad word there, screwing him over for months while it took all that time to get all his materials back. But back to the acid uh stomach acid is good for you. I think that people have chronically low levels of hydrochloric acid in their guts, especially if you've been on a diet of carbohydrates or refined, you know, sugars or just you know, sort of the standard American diet, too many in-and-out burgers. Um so I'm a fan also of taking hydrochloric acid, not only having healthy microbiome, but also giving that microbiome the bacteria that live in your gut, giving them the correct happy pH that they want to live in, and they like to live in a more acidic pH. So I've taken hydrochloric acid forever since I interviewed Gundry back in the 80s. I think that might have been the 80s. Well, not gundry, sorry, Jonathan Wright.

Sharry Edwards, MEd: You can also go to the portal and ask for a digestion um evaluation, and it will tell you where your enzymes are, what's going on with your hydrochloric acid and your stomach acid.

TalkToMeGuy : Well, I also spent time with um our old friend Lita Lee, who was a representative back then for an enzyme company I can't think of the name. Therizome. Therizome. And trained with her, uh learning a kinesiology, kinesiological practice way of measuring hip shift to test people for enzymes. And so I've been a fan of plant-derived enzymes forever because they're very for like example.

Um, Well, I'll talk about nidal kinase just because it's one of an old favorite of mine. Notto is a form of fermented soybean. And somebody discovered that it was beneficial. In Japan, you have for breakfast, you would have a bowl of rice with natto across it.

And it's sort of a, if you're not used to it, it has a slightly assertive acrid flavor to it, and it's slimy, just outright slimy, but it's delicious. And uh NATO is known for helping reduce cholesterol. Just Google it or pick a different search engine of your choice. Start page is my current favorite, um, and look for information on cholesterol and not o.

And so NATO is something I've taken for a long time because I I think all enzyme digestive enzymes, whether it's protease, which is a protein-eating enzyme, or cereptase, which is a similar action, but they're all plant-derived, are beneficial because they're anti-inflammatories, and they also help break down stuff, such as proteins or whatever it is, because I think part of our issue in our gut is that it's been so either a combination of abused, or it's being kicked in the head regularly by the toxic load that we are exposed to on a daily basis. I'll stop there.

Sharry Edwards, MEd: But it's very that's very firm information, and they're tested food, even baby food, and it has a glyphosate in it, which really messes up our hormones. Yeah.

TalkToMeGuy : Well, it was uh Zen Honeycutt, who's the founder of Moms Across America, who had her group do a test where they went out and got school lunches from schools across the United States, and then took those in and had them tested, and 98% of them tested positive for glyphosate. School lunches. We're giving our kids in schools glyphosate in their food. Just imagine a string of bad words.

Sharry Edwards, MEd: Yes, that's why we want this um portal available to everyone so they can test themselves and their kids and see what's in their body. You know, there's nothing wrong with what's there now.

It's what you do about it that really makes a difference. And a big one about all these toxins and poisons, a lot of them have the same frequency as your stomach muscles, and toxins lay down in the body on the muscle that has identical or similar frequencies as the muscle. So if we use uh free, we have a fab ab tone box that exercises all the muscles that could also put a lot of poisons in your body that you would need to test every day and look at what you're doing to your body and see what's going on. Fab abs, we developed that for a cheerleader long time ago.

And uh then when we discovered that the poisons lay down on the stomach, especially of older people around the belly, the cortisol's messed up, it's not driving poisons out of the body, and the poisons are just staying there attached to your stomach muscles. Lots of information, boy. This has been a whirlwind.

TalkToMeGuy : I want to I want to ask, we're gonna go just a couple minutes over, but I just want to ask, because know that currently you're really promoting the sound health portal and getting people to come in and be practitioners for the newer people that are listening, or who will hear the show in the follow-up uh out to the podcast players. How do what's the what is it like the first step for somebody who wants to learn about bioacoustic biology and this kind of frequency work, doing it themselves?

Where would you say they should go and read or learn, or what's the next step for somebody who's like, this sounds cool. I should look into this. Where do they do that?

Sharry Edwards, MEd: Soundhealth portal.com And on the landing page, it says leave us a vocal print, and it'll allow you to turn on your mic, leave a vocal print, choose what you want to be evaluated on, and in at least uh next couple days from there, they'll send you a report. It's a generalized report about everybody who has turned in a need for an evaluation for leaky gut. So you'll get to see what's going on with yourself compared to them. If you want as a general report, if you want a deep dive, there's a place there where you can say, I would like an individualized report, but there's articles, there's um demonstrations, there's tutorials that walk you through every bit of it, and there's something called biomarkers, which will separate out your voice and tells you what system is in the most stress.

So it's all just follow the steps it gives you. And on the front page, too, is that nano voice that we need to talk about someday. That's a whole nother show.

TalkToMeGuy : My old friend Nano Voice. All right, Sherry, I'm gonna stop us because we could keep going for another hour. You'll ask me herbal questions and then it'll be off to the racist. Um, that was wonderful.

Sharry Edwards, MEd: Well, if people want the catalog, they can use the address you give them or just my name, Sherry with an A at Gmail, and I'll send them information and the catalog. Great of how they can get involved. Thank you. That was big fun, as always. Thank you, Richard, for allowing me to share.

TalkToMeGuy: My pleasure.

TalkToMeGuy : All right, everybody, have a great rest of the week, and we'll see you next week. Bye bye.
