Erica Zelfand, ND Treating the Body as Inter-Connected

Dr. Erica Zelfand, ND is an integrative family physician. She is deeply committed to a patient-centered, root-cause-oriented, nature-honoring approach to healing. Specializing in functional medicine and integrative mental health, she is well versed in pharmaceutical, nutritional, botanical, somatic counseling-oriented, and psychedelic approaches to healing. Dr. Z is also a ketamine provider, and psychedelic facilitator. In addition to creating The Science of Psychedelics course, she also teaches, psychedelic facilitation worldwide and is a medical writer, a globetrotter, and an initiator of group hugs.

As a psychedelic harm reduction advocate, I am not a “psychedelics for all!” kind of practitioner. I think psychedelic healing is a great fit for some and a not-so-great of a fit for others.
