Sharry Edwards has been called too scientific by some... too esoteric by others. Maybe that means she's doing something right.

She's the acknowledged pioneer of Vocal Profiling a field she built from the ground up using what she calls BioAcoustic Biology. The premise is elegant and a little stunning: the frequencies hidden inside your voice carry a holographic blueprint of your health, your emotions, even your intentions.

Sharry's work reaches back through time into the ancient Fibonacci sequences, into the Solfeggio tones that healers used long before modern medicine had a name and brings them forward into the 21st century. Because, it turns out... the ancients were onto something. These number sequences, these foundational frequencies, don't just resonate with history. They resonate with you right now, in your own voice.

Today we're going to explore those ancient foundational tones, compare your own vocal frequencies against them, and use the mathematics beneath it all to discover the root causes of what may be going on in your body.

From birth to death we use sound to express ourselves... but Sharry's work suggests there's a whole other conversation happening beneath the words. One that can reveal the foundations of your well being.

TalkToMeGuy : Greetings everyone.

TalkToMeGuy : This is the Sound Health Radio Show where we talk about the crossroads of the environment, our health and longevity, with Richard TalkToMeGuy and Sharry Edwards is off working on the Sound Health Portal. I would suggest going to the SoundHealthPortal.com, scrolling down just a bit and clicking on the Watch How button. You'll see a short video explaining how to record and submit your first recording. Then go back to SoundHealthPortal.com, scroll down to current active campaigns such as cellular inflammation, biodei, neuroplasticity, or memory, and choose one that is of interest for you. Click on that campaign and click Free Voice Analysis and the system will walk you through submitting your recording.

You receive an email with your report back usually in one to two hours. To hear and share replays of this show, 50 to 60 minutes after you hear the outro music, go to TalkToMeGuy.com, scroll down that page and you'll see this show at the top of the episodes page. There are also hundreds of shows available there as well. There is a microphone icon at the bottom right corner of all the show notes.

If you'd like to leave me a voice message with a question for a guest or a guest idea for a show, you can do that directly from the site and I will be notified. With that, Sharry Edwards has been called to Scientific My Sum, to Esoteric by others. Maybe that means she's doing something right. She's the acknowledged pioneer of vocal profiling, a field she built from the ground up, using what she calls biocoustic biology. The premise is elegant and a little stunning.

The frequencies hidden inside your voice carry a holographic blueprint of your health, your emotions, even your intentions. Sharry's work reaches back through time into the ancient Fibonacci sequences into Sylvigio tones that helps healers use long before modern medicine had a name and brings them forward into the 21st century. These number sequences, these foundational frequencies, don't just resonate with history, they resonate with you, right now, in your own voice. From birth to death, we use sound to express ourselves. But Sharry's work suggests there's a whole other conversation happening beneath the words, one that can reveal the foundations of your well-being. Welcome, Sharry.

Sharry Edwards: Thank you, Richard I love your voice. It's so calming. Thank you. Thank you.

TalkToMeGuy : I'm working on my voice. It's been a little off lately, but it's coming back. I want to start by asking this. By now, once I'm prepping for a show, it's a blur of whether I read or heard something. And I've read or heard you describe a mathematical constitution to the human voice. What does that mean? And why was that such a momentous breakthrough?

Sharry Edwards: Wow. The start from the beginning, way back, the ancients, they were so much smarter than we are. They figured out within less than a foot, the circumference of the earth with just their own brain and the planets and what was going on. I'm so impressed with them, and started looking into what they were saying about math. And Kepler and Pythagoras both have said that we humans are affected by the movements of the planets.

And that seems so far-fetched to me. We had all this data. We had thousands of people who had volunteered us their data, so we could look at it. Like, right now, we're looking at a big project on Parkinson's and seeing what's common in people's voices with Parkinson's.

And I thought that was startling. And then I started looking at root cause, and it ends up being a matrix of frequencies. And we can place people in this matrix and see what frequencies they need.

And every time I get a new piece of information, more falls into my head. So I begin to look at what they were saying when humans emulate the frequencies and the movement of the planets. And that's how we got our music.

And that's what we need to be in tune with, or we get in a state of ill health. I started looking at some of these ancient numbering systems. And one of them, I think the guy was just playing around. In the Fibonacci series, I think he's just playing with sound. And it was a mathematician that was just using golden spirals. And I looked to see if his number system, which is take one, add one to it, that's two, then add one and two together, that's three, and then add two and three together.

And you just keep adding those numbers. I wanted to know if people matched this Fibonacci series, and you can find a lot about it online. And what I found from all of our volunteers is if people have a physical problem, the Fibonacci series matches their vocal pen at one point.

There's several different frequencies. And they claim now that this is how spirals and shells are made, how flower petals are made. So why not jump to the conclusion that this is how humans are made also. So we begin looking at this. And you can keep adding these infant items, I mean forever, but I use the first like 10 or 20. And I can compare people's actual vocal pen to these Fibonacci series.

And it's magic. It leads me back to what their problem is from the very beginning. Can you imagine using a baby's cries for sound and comparing them to this and knowing what's going to happen to that baby for the rest of their life? Wow. I think it's phenomenal.

And I'm so thankful about the people who have volunteered their vocal prints. COVID did a big project on COVID. That's coming back right now. All of the stuff about COVID that we released in 2019 is coming back.

All the fatigue, all the glutathione, everything we predicted would happen from the numbers of COVID. It's all happening right now. Lots and lots of people are coming to us and saying, oh, I feel this. And their doctors are just go away. You know, there's too much here. You can't be feeling all of this.

But we're backing it off and helping people. And the other system is the Sophetgeal numbers. And they come from monks chanting healing sounds. And they say there's nine frequencies.

And I looked at those compared to people's voice. Like we get a lot of cancer patients. And looking at the cancer patients, they have a common frequency. This is just totally unheard of to take all of these numbering systems out of people's voice. And I would think they would be an infinity number of them and they match.

The metabolism, the biochemistry of the body is matched through the Sophetgeal numbers. Now, in the beginning, you can look at them. There's only three numbers. Eventually, there's nine. But in the beginning, there's three numbers, 174.

And then this is where numerology comes in. 174, 174, 1112, that's a three. So 174 and then mix that up, 471 and then mix that up, 741. Those are all kind of the same number pattern.

The second one is 285. And you mix those up and it's 825 and 528. And those all add up to a six. And this is in the numbers in the Bible, the numbers chapter. And then the other one is 396. And you mix those up numerologically, 963 and 639.

Now, out of those nine numbers, I have not found anybody's vocal print that didn't match with one of them. Especially cancer patients. We just had a cancer patient, Sue, and her numbers, well, it's a G-sharp. But it's a common one for any type of cancer, from leukemia to breast cancer. And we have, through these 40 years we've been working, we have all of these correlates.

So we can look and see what that number that she has in stress, what that really means in terms of the Fibonacci numbers and in terms of the Sulfate Tia numbers. And we can pretty much come up with the root cause. And that's what's been lacking with COVID. They can't come up with a root cause. But we can. And we offer this to people on our workstation called soundhealthaportal.com.

We're trying to figure out a way to give people their Sulfate Tia numbers. But you can go online. What I sent you was something online.

And it says, find your numbers. And they do it from your personality. Like the root chakras and what they stand for, grounding and security.

All that's online. People can look it up and match themselves. But they're matching themselves with personality traits. They're not matching with metabolism. There's a relationship. But they aren't getting specific enough. And we're trying to figure out how to teach people how to go in and find these root cause numbers for themselves. I want to imagine a world where we do it from baby's cries so we know what's going to happen to that baby's metabolism all through their life. I think that would save an incredible amount of money and time and suffering.

TalkToMeGuy : Well, and what a wonderful time to, I'll say get in there and balance things back to where they ought to, you know, want to be. I'll say it that way. Because the babies are so influenceable. And I would suspect that their cells, I'm making this up off the top of my head.

But their cells are so receptive. Like I've worked with homeopaths that have worked with babies or chiropractic practitioners that do cranial sacral work. That I have a chiropractic friend who, that's her, one of her things is if you have a newborn, bring her in for free and she'll do cranial sacral work, which is incredibly gentle, energetically balancing work.

But it does involve some palpation, but very minor compared to traditional chiropractic. And the results are always astonishing because they're so receptive at that time. It seems like they're almost a blob, we're a blob of cells when we're born. And it's still getting organized, even though we look like a miniature human being, we're still getting organized. And I think we're highly influenceable. And I think that's a good thing. Because if they, like you said, if you got the babies cry and ran it through the portal, ran it through the software you're looking for, and we're able to give them the sound, it might change their out picture right then.

Sharry Edwards: I don't have a question there. I'm looking at all the toxins they're exposed to. And we could say stay away from that, stay away from that place, stay away from that food, or this is the best food or this is the best place to be because it's all compatible. What Kepler and Patekra said is as the planets move, they set up frequencies and relationships.

And that's one of the things that we've been looking at also. But Kepler took the next step and he said, the planets move and they make a sound and it's so low that we cannot hear it with our ears but ourselves hear it. Our soul hears it. And unless we match that, we're going to get sick. As far as I'm concerned, we've been doing nothing but trying to make ourselves sick for years. With toxins and 5Gs and all the things that we're poising ourselves with, we can ward that off and we want everybody to have this technique.

And we're teaching some classes on our portal for free for people to get them started. So this can be in every household. My big pivot point about this, we've been saying for years that the body is frequency and MIT just put out an article and it said, here's the egg, here's the sperm. When the egg and sperm come together, they set up a frequency and they can measure it.

MIT actually measured the frequency of conception and they say from then on the body has a frequency. We've been saying that for years. We started what 84, I believe, and it was just such a far-fetched idea. But now that MIT is saying this is real, then in my mind, we're real. I'm real. What we say is real. What we study is real. And I want to give that to the public.

They deserve to be well and they deserve to have the tools to protect themselves against bad food, bad air, bad water, all the things that are going on that you talk about on the show.

TalkToMeGuy : Well, I think it would be exciting. This just comes to mind because of the sound aspect is, I don't, I can't remember if you worked on this project or if this was somebody else was putting out fires using sound, which I thought was a, you know, awesome idea. That I extrapolate that out into wouldn't that be amazing if we could have sounds that we could broadcast to, let's say, a school. Let's say at a gymnasium. Let's say at a stadium event, I don't know, something where that sound could be broadcast and that sound could be the sound that would help people's bodies come into balance or a strong place of homeostasis where they would not get COVID.

Because I'm just picking on that one because we're, you know, it's an obvious thing. But I mean, I think there are lots of things or, you know, if there was a, if there was a sound that we could have that would balance out all the glyphosate that now is going to be even more exacerbated because it's like we need more glyphosate by the current administration, more of it. We don't have enough bus manufacturer, more. It's like, really, we need that. We're going out of our way to produce toxins that are deleterious to everybody, not just, you know, not just poor people, but like everybody. But it's like, okay, let's know we're going to make more money. Let's do that. So if there was a sound that we could broadcast, you know, back to the baby's cry.

Sharry Edwards: I understand why babies cry. And the putting out the fire, the problem with that is it can't be in an open area. It has to be in a closed area.

Like what they show is two pans put together, big pans, and inside there, they put a sound that stomps out the fire. Well, this is just in its infancy, even though I've been working on it for 40 years, it's still in its infancy. We can do so much more with this.

I'll give you a good example. When COVID came out, we said this is messing up people's glutathione. And that's part of your immune system. It's part of the ignite the cell cell level. It's part of the mitochondria, the beginning energy of the body. And there's not a glutathione out there that they say is the best for the body. They even tried to squelch this from being sold on the Amazon.

They knew this was coming. We wrote a 10-part series and I'll send it to people if they want. I'll give my address at the end of the show. But 10-part series identifying the spike proteins, the frequencies, and what to do about it. But if you give your body acetylcysteine, and part of this comes from you, Richard, acetylcysteine and NAD together, that creates the glutathione from the inside of your body, inside source. And it will help the body's immune system. It'll help the energy system. And if you add a few B vitamins to it, good B vitamins to it, it'll do it quicker. Now think about it. If everybody was on that, their energy would come back. And what could we do if we were full energy people again?

TalkToMeGuy : Yeah. And if we're eating, if we could add to that eating food that was clean, but that seems to be getting trickier, it would be amazing. We could be living even longer.

Although I don't know. I think 100 is sort of a peak for me. I'm not 100 yet. And I'm not planning. It just seems like a long time. 100? Man, that's a long time. Wow.

Sharry Edwards: There's a lot of people on Earth that are 100 or more. I see them every day coming across my screen here.

TalkToMeGuy : Yeah. Yeah. It's really amazing. I want to jump back to a specific about COVID because I made a note here to ask about the P450 discovery in long COVID. Because I have a lot of people talking to me asking me questions about long COVID.

Either loss of sense of smell or they don't have the energy or chi that they used to have, that they're having aspects of long COVID. And traditional Western medicine, I almost said something bad there. Kent doesn't even have an idea about long COVID. But have you made more connections with the P450 and long COVID? Yeah. Or further?

Sharry Edwards: The problem with old factory usually relates to zinc or something related to zinc. And this is in a book by Dr. Robert Rogers about recovery of Parkinson's. And a lot of Parkinson's people lose their old factory sense or sense of smell. And when we did an average of all the people, it was zinc and we fed people back the zinc by sound. And that's what Dr. Rogers wrote about a lady named Marion Lewis.

And she regained her sense of smell. And there's other pieces to this also. Long COVID, I had an answer and I just left my head. Say what you said again.

TalkToMeGuy : About the connection between P450 and long COVID.

Sharry Edwards: One of the things that happens with long COVID is you can't cope with stress very well. And if you try to bury it, that makes it worse because it really messes up your cortisol. And I wrote a whole article about this. I write an article every month for Masters of Health Magazine. And it was about people who wake up between like two and four every night, their cortisol gets out of balance. And they wake up and what they do is activate a gene called P450. And it's cortisol based. And it's from stress. And they have all kinds of things on the internet about how to meditate and get rid of cortisol stress. Fossiltylserine is the only thing I've ever seen in the literature to get rid of the P450.

We've done it with sound with people. But people report to us, they have all these nondescript symptoms from headaches to can't smell to urinary tract infections to their limbs don't work. The stuff's all over the place depending on what cortisol is doing for them and looking at it.

And they can get a copy of that P450 article. And I think I think it was January of this year I wrote that. I'll look it up and you can put it in your notes.

TalkToMeGuy : I'll put it in the notes. Yeah, because I'd like to say I have almost daily I run into bump into somebody either in producing or doing something because I produced nationwide. So I talked to a and it's amazing how many times somebody asked me about long COVID. You know, they're still tired. And I know actually this is a client who is a you know, eats a perfect diet, eats organic, doesn't eat junk food, doesn't do anything bad in that way, does yoga for an hour a day. And she's exercising, she's doing everything. But yet she still is having the effect of long COVID.

Sharry Edwards: Well, one of the things you can do on our workstation or public workstation is ask them to run your voice against this P450. And you'll see if the proteins and the genes are activated. The genes get activated first.

And we can tell that from your voice. And the protein becomes activated from the gene. And that's where the problem starts. The fatigue, the headache, the brain fog. And we can trace all of that back to the frequencies that come from COVID. Now I may get in trouble here, but I'm going to say we've been studying bird flu and all of that for years. And the math is the same for mother nature's flu. When you look at COVID, it is man made. I'm most positive because when you figure out the base of it and the antidote from it, they're the same.

And mother nature doesn't do that. And we've published a paper, actually 10 part series on all of that. If people want it, I'll send it to them. Or they can get it from Masters of Health Magazine.

It's an online magazine. But I think it was deliberate. The other thing that makes me think that's deliberate is when we test groups, like we test New Jersey and upper Eastern coast, they have all the kind of same things. Then you go to Texas and they have all the same kind of problems. And then Florida, it seems to me that there was different kinds of flu vaccine given in different parts of the country.

And the only reason I can think of that they would do that is they were testing the vaccine to see what they could cause or not cause. And I may get in extreme trouble for saying that. Because some people are in jail for going against COVID. Yeah.

TalkToMeGuy : And some people are being banished for being talked of, you know, get bumped off of social media. They don't really get banished, but they begin to lose count on their social media because they're being bumped off. This, you know, Facebook is bumping people off because they're talking about certain things. Like sometimes I put up an article about some industry polluting and I'll find it disappears out of my feed and I didn't disappear it.

Sharry Edwards: Well, people can do their own work, go to our workstation and ask for subsequent factors. Now, we didn't put up COVID because somebody was really objecting to that. So we put the name up subsequent factors and ask them to run your voice through that. It'll tell you the damage if there is any from clotting to fatigue. So this is a workstation that we created for the people because we think they have a right to know the next step is to do this class for them. And then we have an apprentice class where they can learn to do all this.

And we give them two softwares that they can use, nutrition and muscles. And we don't charge them for the software at all. The first two weeks of the portal is free. They can run 20 things a day if they want. Then after they've learned to do it the first two weeks, it's like $20 a month. And they can run vocal prints for themselves, their family, their community. And they can charge people for it if they want. But we're providing it to the people for free.

TalkToMeGuy : As always, is it worth anything? She's just giving it away out here, people. Yes.

Sharry Edwards: I look at it this way. I know. Next year, I'll be 80 years old. I need to leave something to the people to make the place a better place to live. And that's what I've chosen to live. To leave to everyone. Yeah.

TalkToMeGuy : Yeah. Now, we're going to jump slightly. Not too far though. Not too big a jump. Well, kind of a big jump. I'm wondering, this is back to Silvegio and Fibonacci, that the ancients were so filled with wisdom and or maybe they weren't from around here, so to speak, is my suspicion.

I'll ask a field question. Do you feel that it's possible that the Fibonacci or Silvegio could have an effect on our telomeres? Because it does seem to, I mean, in the long haul, they really do seem to benefit long-term beneficial effects, which is more of an herbal term.

But it just seems like listening to Silvegio or listening to, you know, Silvegio, you sent me that link and I'll put that in the show notes with that Silvegio hour. Is going to help re... Well, once again, strive for homeostasis. Like a lot of herbs I can think of. Try and help us bring us into balance.

And I just have a, I'll say it, intuitive hit that the Silvegio tones, because I've listed more of those, have some benefit to our DNA, because it's our DNA has taken such a kick in the head with all the toxins.

Sharry Edwards: I can't make that a question. Yeah, that's an awesome idea. I'm going to run these numbers through people's vocal prints for telomeres. We have telomeres and heart and migraine and muscles.

I mean, we have over 300 templates that people can use, but it never occurred to me to run this against the telomeres. There's another show. I'm going to do that. Okay. We'll come back and talk about that. We'll come back and talk about that. It makes total sense that it would affect it.

TalkToMeGuy : Yeah, because a lot of people, I mean, I know people getting shots and getting, you know, everybody's trying to affect their telomeres. And it makes sense to me that some sort of, you know, tone you come up with or something in the Silvegio tones or one of them must have some influence. That's my completely non-scientific conjecture. There's no, nothing there. Yes.

Sharry Edwards: If they're saying when the sperm and the egg end together, conception takes place. It's a frequency. It makes sense that our telomeres, which is the basis of our physical body and our nerves, would have an influence here. It makes so much sense.

I just never thought of it. You know, one of the things we recently ran a project on weight management and we couldn't figure out there's like 25 different ways or things that cause people to gain weight. And now with these Silvegio numbers, we can hone right down to what's going on. And about 80% of the time we're looking at something called mevalinate. It's the liver. And we get the mevalinate working, which is what statins deal with. Did Stephanie talk about that when she was on the show?

TalkToMeGuy : The mevalinate and statin. No, she didn't.

Sharry Edwards: Well, she has a book about it that's really, really good. Stephanie Sinef, F-N-E-F-F. And looking at people's weight, that's a billion dollar industry. And we have found a way to give people, boy. No, boy. Now, GP1 and gastrointestinal peptides, if we can give that to them by sound, it has almost the same effect as them taking the shots. Wow. Both of those are really natural things. The GLP1 is really lipase, and the gastrointestinal peptide is something totally natural from the stomach.

It's really messed up in autistic kids, but another show. But if we can do that and show people how to, um, their root cause of losing weight instead of just plastering over the cause, I think that would relieve a lot of stress in our society.

TalkToMeGuy : Yeah. Well, I think part of it back to, you know, tones to help sue this or bring us back into homeostasis is between the toxins in the environment that are toxin, that toxins, like Steve is talking about in chat about, you know, replacing some of the compounds in glyphosate with compounds that are even more horrific than glyphosate. But there are so many toxins out there, and then we take those toxins that end up in our sewage reclamation systems, and those toxins then, and that then gets refined, air quotes are refined, and oftentimes turned into fertilizer that are put on our crops. So we're taking all these toxins that our bodies gather, and then some of them do get extruded out through our bowels, and we turn them into fertilizer. So we're putting it back on our food that we're going to, you know, it's just this amazing loop system of toxicity.

So I think anything, that's why I've been taking NAC for decades. I grew up in around the Salinas Valley. So I've been, you know, I have been DDT multiple times. And I just think, pardon?

Sharry Edwards: Well, that lays down on your stomach. DDT frequencies and toxins lays down on your stomach. And we have figured out the toxins and where the fat gets around the toxins so it can poison you and then lays down on the part of the body that matches that frequency.

I think it was March 2025 article, we actually published a map showing here's your fat, this is your biochemical that's stress. And I want to say something totally bizarre here. We've been seeing people who have their hands are beginning beginning to mummify. And they are heavy pot smokers, and they grow their own. And they had put hexachlorobenzene on their pot and didn't wash the pot. They smoked that stuff. And that was mummifying their hands. Wow. There are so many patterns like that in the people that have volunteered their vocal print. They have just helped us tremendously move this all forward. I was trying to think of a good example of that I can't, but I made later on.

TalkToMeGuy : And well, that's my blog. I have growers I know that I have to talk to after the show and say are you putting anything? Most of the, I mean, now that we can actually talk about growers, I know a lot of people, well, I know somebody in the industry who's not a grower, but he supplies alternative power sources, solar panels, all sorts of stuff to the grow industry. And some grows he goes into are just chemical city.

A lot of that has become an industry. Have greenhouses and about 70% of the work is robotic and not like test factories where you have things that are actually robots. This just means you have armatures that move things around and it's totally robotized. So it can be on an exact schedule, lights go on exactly and it's all software driven. So the entire grow is really 90% of the management of the grow is all robotized and automated to save money and produce crops faster. But then there's the other, you still have, I'll say 20% so I'll reduce that other, the industry to 80%. You still have a 20% group of people that I know that are growing outdoors exclusively.

They still insist on growing outdoors, not manipulating the light because a lot in the industry where they have giant greenhouses, they're using lights to, they're not just using sunlight, they're using lights that are manipulating the plants by giving it more red or more green or more whatever that color is that's going to cause it to produce a chemical that in the end result will produce a higher quality product. So they're totally, it's like a Bill Gates project. I'll blame it on him. He's not in cannabis that I know, but I mean it's that kind of thinking where what can we do scientifically to make this the best product? Now best is in air quotes because I know the people that grow outdoors who insist on growing outdoors and use clean water and don't spray, they might do something biodynamic to their crops, but they're all organic, all no chemicals. And those people are a niche market that still are doing great business because people appreciate that quality of cannabis that is unadulterated and grown as it should be outdoors because it adds other bio-beneficial factors. And some of the other people are saying, oh okay, yep.

Sharry Edwards: We worked with some vineyards and we were able to enhance the potency of the wine with a frequency and a little stand that vibrated that they put the wine on and it increased the potency. I wonder if we could do the same thing with these growers in identifying any of the toxins they're using and give an antidote to that, but also if they're finding something that's making it more potent, which they like, could we transfer that into a frequency and make it just run in the whole room at once?

TalkToMeGuy : So you would have the bio equivalent of what was that thing called sonic sound? That's not quite it. There was somebody who had a, this had nothing to do with cannabis. This was just to make your crop grow sonic bloom. That's what it was called.

Sharry Edwards: Yeah, he was doing it with corn. Right. And he also kept the bugs off.

TalkToMeGuy : Yeah, it made the plants vital by, you know, you just put these things in the corner of the grow, meaning just standard agriculture, and it would produce a sound that sounded actually kind of bird-like, but they just play it 24-7 of the plants and the plants would be healthy and more vital. You can do that. That'd be great.

Sharry Edwards: I'm ready to do an experiment with that.

TalkToMeGuy : I might be able to connect you with somebody that knows something about that. Because that's, it's a huge, it really has become, I never used to think of cannabis as an industry, but it has become a monstrous industry and a lot of it is in the Salinas Valley. I mean, that grows all over, but there's a huge amount in the Watsonville area and we're talking monster grows, acres and acres of greenhouses. Nobody's growing outdoors because that takes too much skill. Whereas when you're indoors, you can control the entire environment and they think that's good.

Sharry Edwards: Well, I hate the thought that the cannabis is going to help with their pain, but poison them at the same time. Don, is it Don Carlson? I can't think of his name, the Sonic Bloom.

TalkToMeGuy : Might be. That might be close. Yeah. I used to see them talk about them at back in the day of doing whole life expos. Yes. Way back when, when we met a thousand years ago.

Sharry Edwards: I find it hard to believe that this is our 10th anniversary that you took over the show in 2015. We're past that 10th anniversary.

TalkToMeGuy : Time does fly. That's for sure. And I'm kind of hung up at the currently with the idea of the Silvegio or the Fibonacci tones. It seems like Silvegio just because I've heard those more as having the tendency to bring us into homeostasis.

Sharry Edwards: Yes, like homeopathy.

TalkToMeGuy : Yeah, or like herbs. Yeah, well, yes, like homeopathy, much more like homeopathy. Whereas you figured out, like I had some issues, well, as I said with my throat, and I did work with the wellness with Jack Tips, who's a homeopath in Texas. And he sent me a, eventually he did a full intake on me, and he sent me a single substance, a single dose substance, and I took it in for about three to four months. My voice was fine again. And it was amazing. I took one little like, you know, packet full of dust, just ground up pellets, and that brought me back into balance.

It was amazing. I love homeopathy. For everybody?

Yes, yes. And if they can do it by putting on headphones and listening to it, that's even better because you don't have to get a packet of dust in the mail. Although I like that, I like the process.

Sharry Edwards: Well, if everybody has the ability, it can't be stopped. If we, that's my premise, if we give this away to everybody, so everybody knows how to do it, they can't come in and say, well, that's against the law, because everybody already has it. Yeah. Yeah.

TalkToMeGuy : Well, I'm gonna, I'm gonna, I see a question here that I want to, I wrote this earlier and I don't, it's tricky because of how I might take it. So when someone's vocal frequencies are compared against these ancient healing tones, what are we actually looking for? What does, okay, I was gonna say, yeah, what does alignment or misalignment tell us about what's going on in the body? Do we know yet?

Sharry Edwards: I did one yesterday on a man who has prostate issues, connective tissue issues, bad thumb, and it, it came up being the frequency of arganine, which is also what helps sulfur work. And sulfur is involved in using testosterone and connective tissue. It all made so much sense. It came right back to where we stood, should have started. I did mine and it came back to glucagon and zinc. Yes, I've lost my sense of smell. Yes, I have insulin resistance. Yes, I need NAC to move around in the day. I got that from you. It gave me so much energy, but it has answered all the questions. We're working on trying to find out a way to give everybody their specific frequency.

You can go online and buy your perspective, whether or not you're grounded or you're creative or whatever, it'll give you the frequencies that you need, but it's not enough. It's not specific enough. The things I said this before, the things that blows my mind is I have not found anybody's vocal pimp that didn't match these nine little numbers. That's just beyond comprehension when there can be millions of different frequency sets in a vocal pimp or people's vocal pimp. And these magic numbers come up. Is there only these nine numbers that control everything?

I intend to get to the bottom of this and to keep digging and keep giving this information to the public. You listened to such NNM, did it change you at all? Did you like it? Was it horrible?

TalkToMeGuy : I liked it. I enjoyed it. I wasn't concentrating on it because I was going through 9,000 emails, but it was the perfect thing for me to be listening to while I was doing that. And I enjoyed it. I can't say that my bank account was suddenly full. I'm kidding. But no, I enjoyed it and I'll do it again.

Sharry Edwards: And that was on the internet, right? Yeah. Yeah. But you can just download it and listen to it. Those originated from monks doing healing chants. And what is the chances of all of these numbers are backwards from one another and all of them add up to three, six, and nine? And then the numbers book a Bible, I mean, somebody's trying to pass this down and tell us something we just need to catch on. Yeah.

TalkToMeGuy : Well, I'll use herbal terms back to adaptogens. Adaptogens are things that are long-term beneficial effect. And the classics are, two of the classics are Don Quay. Well, actually, I'll start with Jin Sing. Jin Sing is typically more for men because of its yelling characteristics.

Whereas Don Quay is the female equivalent to Jin Sing for women. And the whole idea of either taking Jin Sing or Don Quay on a daily basis is it's a tonic. And tonics are long-term beneficial effects. So either one of those will help your body come into, you know, is going to try and bump your body into homeostasis or balance.

And I just have the feeling, and that's why I was excited when we were going to talk about this, that Sophaji or Fibonacci or the combination or, you know, something you come up with out of those are that as well, long-term beneficial effects. They're adaptogens. Good old mother nature. Yeah.

Sharry Edwards: She knows a bunch of stuff. I will go back and look at all of these numbers and see if I can find what the relationship is with nerves. That would be a great article to write. If anybody wants any more information about this, just share our Y on air at Gmail. Just write to me and I will keep you updated on this. And if you're interested in our weight project and weight class that we're going to do, I can certainly send you information about it. I just want everybody to have this. Can you tell? Yeah.

TalkToMeGuy : Well, you always have. I mean, we literally did meet. Man, it's been a long time. I want to say I'll say 20 years because 30 just sounds way too long, but I think it was probably more closer to 30 years. It had a whole life expo in San Francisco. And I've told the story before, but it always amuses me because a friend of mine came running over and said, I was selling full spectrum lighting and EMF devices before people even knew what either of those were at all at the shows with my partner. And she came running over and said, you've got to come see this.

This is amazing. And there was Sherry in the back of a booth sitting behind a giant CRT monitor and a PC. Like there was no laptops. Then it was just like a giant box and another big box. And then she would sit down and you'd do the thing into the microphone. And then she say, come back in an hour and she would hand you a cassette with your sounds on it. That's how I go. It was cassettes like regular old cassettes. And it was an amazing thing.

Speaker 1: And then we reconnected. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.

TalkToMeGuy : I mean, you've got the sound health portal, which is an amazing thing. See, I think the next step somewhere along the way, I hope I live long enough to see this, where it does become something like the tri-quarter on Star Trek, where they wave the thing over you or you talk into it. Instead of waving it over, they just talk, you talk into it and then it pumps out the things and you hear the sounds then and you're like, all better.

Sharry Edwards: Well, one of the things I would like is you come home, you say, house, I'm home. And the house says, oh, your vitamin A is a little low. Could we have carrot soup or supper? We already have the dry quarter, by the way, for bones, for bone healing. So that's already done.

TalkToMeGuy : Wow. Oh, so you have a box, not a back box, but a bone healing box? Yes. That's amazing.

Sharry Edwards: I think there's 30 different boxes. One for lorestal flags, one for sciatica, one for back pain, one for migraines. They can go on our professional website. It's bioacousticsolutions.net. That's a professional or soundhealthoptions.com. That's our public one.

And not either one. You just have to look at toned boxes. The first one we did was a little back box because all these conferences are doing all over the world. People were squirming in their chairs and their back was hurting. And so we just passed out these little back boxes and people's back pain went away.

And it was just the frequencies of the spine and the muscles of the spine and some muscles from the front. But we also have one to make a six pack on your stomach muscles called VAB-ABs. There's a lot of them there that we have developed through the years.

The one right now we're working on is Quick Start. And it's to help people identify what's causing them not to lose weight and then to give them the frequencies that helps them lose weight. And we're going to be doing a free class about that for anybody who wants to join us. We're going to teach people how to do that for themselves or their neighbors. What we require though is that they join our sound health portal. And you can join it for like $20 a month or so and do evaluations for yourself every day and your friends and your family.

TalkToMeGuy : That's the idea. And I want to jump back to the VAB-ABs box for a minute. So if I have DDT belly, which I tend to, I've always been stocky, but I'm thicker now. And I developed sarcopenia when I was hospitalized that 10 years ago, 11 years ago, 12 years ago, a long time ago.

And spent that year in the facility. I lost a lot of weight unintentionally. So I developed sarcopenia. So I have residual sarcopenia, but I still have belly fat.

So if I was to use the VAB-ABs box and I have the issue of DDT belly, would the VAB-ABs helps balance that out or do I also need to do other stuff as well from your acoustic perspective?

Sharry Edwards: I don't know. I'd like to look at your vocal print first and run you through all the aging stuff. But one of the things that's on that tone box is the peptides. So your body doesn't have to make them. The peptides for losing weight.

TalkToMeGuy : So the only side effect that we have so far is that it causes some constipation. And the lipase is one of the things that will take care of that. Yeah.

TalkToMeGuy : I've also been using, because of my throat issues, I've been using a non-GMO birch bark derived xylitol wasange that helps moisturize my mouth to help keep my throat moisturized. And that also can act as a laxative. It softens the stools versus something like Dr. Christopher's lower bowel formula, which is more of a peristaltic stimulant. So they're... How do you spell that? Which part? The xylitol?

Sharry Edwards: What is the birch bark thing?

TalkToMeGuy : X Y L I T O L. I'll email you afterwards, the company, to get them from because they come from Finland.

Sharry Edwards: Well, I want to decode them and see if we can do it that way too. Yeah.

TalkToMeGuy : You have to be careful with it because if you use too many in a day, it's a real laxative. We're not kidding, kind of laxative. So you want to be careful. But in terms of what it does for, it also... Xolitol is used in the dental industry as a anti-cavity thing. It controls the pathogens into the bad bacteria in your mouth. It kills the bad bacteria in your mouth.

So it's in gum and mints and all sorts of stuff. I just happened to find the company that makes the non-GMO version. And I have somebody in chat talking about using psyllium husks, which I'm a fan of.

I like psyllium husks a lot. And it does. It's not exactly a stool softener. It's more of a bulking agent, so it adds more bulk to your stool. But you want to make sure that you drink enough water with it because it can get a little compacting if you... Because some people will use psyllium husk and not drink enough water. And it can be a little tricky. But it's a great fiber. It's soft and soothing. The psyllium is a great product.

Sharry Edwards: Yes. It's such an important system to keep open.

TalkToMeGuy : Yeah, to keep moving. Well, and that's why I'm also a fan of the, as I said, the Dr. Christer or lower bowel formula because it actually helps toneify the bowel because it's actually stimulating parastolic action. It's not loosening the stool at all. It's not affecting the actual stool. It's just affecting the musculature of the bowel.

And it helps tone it so it stimulates parastalsis. Whereas something like sena can be sort of assertive in two. Sena is not my favorite. A lot of people use senacat. Senacot?

Senacot as a stimulant. And I think it's... It can be a little aggressive. Meaning it can actually cause something called gripping where it makes your bowel spasm, your intestine spasm, which is going to be a little exciting. The first time you have that happen, like, what is going on? I have crabs in my gut. So I'm more of a lower bowel formula person.

Sharry Edwards: You are so knowledgeable about herbs. Is there a direct herb that causes people to lose weight?

TalkToMeGuy : Not... You know, most of the... A lot of the herbal products that do weight loss are more along the lines of stimulants. Meaning actual stimulants like, let's say, well, say caffeine.

More like Guarana or possibly even Yohembe, which are both pretty... Pretty aggressive stimulants. And they think that's the solution. Whereas I think the solution is to do things that are beneficial to the thyroid and... Nutrify the thyroid and also tap on the thyroid every day. Tap on it for about 30 seconds to 60 seconds a couple times a day is beneficial. I've also seen people using red light therapy on the thyroid to help stimulate it. And that goes way back to an herb company... I'm not an herb company, a supplement company allergy research group did some of the early research on using red light therapy to stimulate the... Stimulate the mitochondria of the cell using red light. And then also now everybody's using red light for better skin and to look younger and more useful. But it also has great benefits to stimulating the mitochondria and also being beneficial to the thyroid. So I think that... Go ahead.

Sharry Edwards: Something we found out about red light, all the red light frequencies stimulate genes. I shouldn't say it that way. Almost all red light therapies stimulate genes because when you decode a gene, it's almost always in the notice C in that red light area and green if you're great brain. But I found that fascinating that without knowing much about what was going on, it was an accident. This red light stuff was kind of invented and it's going in and stimulating the genes of the body. Which I think is awesome. That's very cool.

TalkToMeGuy : Have you written about that at Masters of Health?

Sharry Edwards: No, I should. I'm going to write an example right now. Red light. I didn't want to do it much because I didn't want to knock on red light therapy. Yeah. Everybody has their own set of frequencies.

TalkToMeGuy : Yeah. Yeah, that is true. Jim Jeffers was an MD who was put into jail because he was giving his patients colonics. This is a long time ago. This is over 30 years ago. He was put in jail for a while. He became the jail doctor, not by the inmates, not by the institution. He was the guy that everybody would come over and talk to and say, hey doc, you have to do it. He was just this really smart and he started an organization whose name escapes me at this moment.

It was so long ago. He also was one of the early adopters of light therapy in general. He designed a system based on single LEDs that you would hold on points on your fingers or where you wanted them. He used mostly red, green, blue, brownish, a rust color, and white sometimes. He had them in little LED pointers and he'd show you the points on your hands. You could really do it more of an acupuncture kind of approach, but using the hands because it's such an easy delivery system. It was quite effective, but it was very, it was single points and he was using that light, that vibration of the color directly to put into an acupuncture point.

Sharry Edwards: That's a frequency too. Yeah, yeah. We just need to figure out how to decode what our body is really trying to tell us. Yeah.

TalkToMeGuy : Yeah, the body will respond. I think that's why I do like adaptogens so much, verbally. I'll go back to Don Khoi and Jin Singh just because they're the easy ones. There are numerous others. Because they give the body the opportunity, and I've said that for years, that I think given the opportunity, the body will heal itself.

Yeah. And I feel the same way about your work, whereas given the sounds, your body will go, oh, that's what I was missing, and it'll be happy to take that in and utilize it. The body is very smart.

Sharry Edwards: Really in training the brain, and there's a whole another concept that you have to have the frequency first before you can have the reality. And so thinking about something that's been taught down through the ages. Yeah. So there's a lot we don't know.

TalkToMeGuy : I know, and the people that think they know everything hate that idea. No, I know everything. Maybe not. Maybe, maybe not. Okay, that went a lot quicker than I thought it would, as always. Where, I know, where can people, where would you like to go to find out more about your work? And would you say your email address one more time for listeners? I already put it in chat, and I'll put it in the show notes as well.

Sharry Edwards: Sharryonair@gmail.com. And that comes directly to me, instead of going through any kind of office people. And if they want to know about the weight loss program, the portal, we have lots of free things that we're giving away to people. So just get in touch and say, I'm interested. I want to take the weight class, and we'll put you in the proper category and get you the information you need. Website, the best one, I think, is the professional one, Bioacoustic Solutions, B-I-O-A-C-O-U-S-T-I-C, BioacousticSolutions.net.

And that has class information, video information, materials, things you can download, classes, so that's probably the best one. Or just go to the SoundHealthPortal.com and on the landing page, it'll tell you how to leave us a vocal friend. And we'll go from there. Excellent.

TalkToMeGuy : Thank you so much, Sherry. An adventure as always. It's been awesome. Everybody have a great rest of the weekend. We'll see you next week. Bye-bye.
